Well well, here’s another time our Creative Director got street style spotted in Melbourne, along with other stylish and unique individuals at the CBD mall Melbourne Central. We’re no strangers to using street style type shots and campaigns in our past marketing work for fashion brands and retailers, so we definitely give Melbourne Central our tick of approval for featuring their stylish shoppers, in order to engage their social media following. It’s so common sense, stylish shoppers equals fashionable shopping mall. We wonder why our local mall Chadstone doesn’t do any of this.
Back to Melbourne Central, here’s the Facebook page where it all happened.
Our Creative Director was wearing a pussy bow shirt by ASOS, budget jeans from Kmart (even we can’t believe that!), round sunglasses from ASOS, vintage Prada shoes, vintage monogrammed Louis Vuitton shoulder bag and haircut by Jorge Viota of Jorge Viota Hairdressers and Barbers.
The inspiration for this Outfit of the Day (OOTD) was the vintage romanticism as inspired the recent men’s collections of Gucci by Alessandro Michele. In fact, Michele’s first few collections for Gucci were full of such soft, pussy bowed shirts and blouses. They’ve yet to really catch on with men in Melbourne, that’s exactly the reason why our Creative Director chose to wear it (first).
