We always come across job ads that ask for “professional manner”, “strong communicator”, “high standard of customer service”, attributes that we wonder how recruiters can figure that out just by reading the words off a CV and not meeting someone in the face. That got us thinking, if we were asked to demonstrate these qualities, as creative people and as marketers, can we do any better that others using just words? Well, yes but not using our words; let others use their own words and describe these qualities in us. Below is a thank you email that we once received, in gratitude of our winning approach and communication and building brand loyalty with our target audience.
