Learning from other people’s success stories

That really sums up the value of case studies, we think. But most of the time, case studies just end up reading like pieces of self promotion. To overcome this problem, we always prefer to weave a story into the case study.

In the case of this case study Butting out the online competition that Creative Director Alvin Chia wrote for Smokenders, a quit smoking program a few years ago, the story is one about the universal theme of overcoming obstacles and odds, not only in their efforts to compete with other quit smoking programs but also in the efforts of their participants wanting so badly to quit.
