It is with a lot of sadness that we announce we will no longer be operating our Concept Studio on Flinders Street in Melbourne CBD as our Creative Director has since sold the property in 2025. We made one last tidy up of the place, straightened the sheets, organised the desk and bookshelf, took the last of the pictures below. At the door, we took one last look, thought about the many viewings that we had done, the guests that have stayed, the challenges during the Covid pandemic, it’s hard not to miss the place.

For the final time, we handed over the keys to the real estate agent, and hope the studio flat will end up being the home for many more guests, for many years to come.
